Whilst you took his photograph :confused:

Did you give him the price of a cup of tea for posing for you?

I think you may need to look at how you are re-sizing your pictures, There are many JPEG Artifacts evident here.

Can you tell me more about the artifacts, I don't ereally know what you mean?

JPEG (jpg) is a “lossy” file compression. It produces smaller files but can leave “artifacts” these look like small square blocks all over the image. In your first picture, if you look along the top of the guys leg and around his shoe, and in the second picture look at his jacket, they are very obvious.

Over sharpening will also make these worse.

Not close enough IMO

U can't see his face... he's taking up small part of the frame.

Maybe a wide angle... camera on the knee level... his face... and the lady/passing by...

I like the 2nd picture. I tried to look at your website to see location details but it comes up page cannot be found?
