Well, that's a parking page so I would say the fate is obvious: it was a failure (financial or otherwise) and they decided to shut it down.

This forum has closed down as the mag has change their service provider, see http://www.eos-magazine.com/forumspage.html for more info, the words bad managment does seem to spring to mind.

I did have an email for the editor of the EOS mag the other day, it did say that they had a list of members, when and if the forum camre back on line everybody would be emailed.
