Post your fave SX10 IS photos on full AUTO

I am planning on buying the SX10 IS with good ole tax refund and would love to see images shot on full auto mode....I am an amateur that likes the settings Canon offers (especially macro and the special scene settings and option to go manual) to learn more (I did own the Canon SX100 IS or maybe one or two before that one previously and also an older powershot and loved both of them!).

And although I would like to learn how to play with an SLR one day I know I am not ready to take all that on yet, so the SX10 IS looks perfect for me as LOVE the zoom!!!

So please humor me and post your fave pics taken on full auto!

I enjoy my SX10 - it is a great camera for going on walks and travel. From my gearlist you can see that I have some nice slrs that are great, but they are a lot heavier.

I'm a new SX10IS owner and have not moved beyond AUTO on the very few pictures that I have taken. I'm very pleased with the macro function and the depth of color that I see in the very amaturish pictures taken so far. Here is a link to a few indoor pictures. A couple of the flower pictures were with flash on a dreary grey day and I think that you can tell which ones. The remaining macro ones were on a sunny day by the kitchen table. Comments gratefully received.

Some nice shots Dusty - I particularly like the first fire shot, but some of the flower shots are nice too.

I'm waiting for my SX10 to arrive, should be next week sometime.

at first I thought this deer was standing up, that might sound crazy but in some spots here we have that much snow that it would look like that :D

Nice shots. I have had mine since November and so far have not shot on FULL auto, I use various scene modes a lot and mostly shoot in "P".

Hmm...interestingly, that is the one mode that I hardly ever touch. Maybe these days, I should destress my self from all the over-rides option (+/- EV, WB etc etc) and just concentrate on framing the photo...and holding a steady hands.
