I'm pretty much in love with my car. Take pics of it like it's my baby :)

C+C are more than welcome! Just recently got my DSLR - I had a P+S that I could do HDR with (Fuji Finepix), but the results were never as good as with this :)

Cool, how many exposures are you using? Photomatix?

Those pics were all 3 exposures, +-1EV.

Photomatix, of course - I like to play with all the buttons :p

i like it, but i think the last one is a bit over the top which makes it look a little unrealistic. otherwise, nice shots! :)

Nifty shot of the reflection of the brick wall on the black finish.
Not crazy about the dark edges top and right.
But otherwise cool idea and execution, even the angle works for me.
Thanks for sharing.

Very nice series. Excellent work. I'm a big fan of overprocessed HDR's. I really like the lat one. The car really pops and the details on it are very sharp.

Thanks for the compliments guys :)

I agree about that last one - it's very processed looking. I took some more, but with all the colors around, I think the images came out WAY too over processed and over-colored. Maybe some color correction would fix it - but I haven't tried to mess with them.

Some people really like them, some don't. There isn't even much composition to the shots. But hey, I'll post 'em anyways, maybe someone will like 'em :p

Keep in mind, these are from a P+S. Here are a few other pics from that shoot:

This one actually made a decent matte print. I *love* the way the background looks.

This one I kinda like because it doesn't look over processed.

I do love the tree reflection in the side of the car, but overall its just not right.

very nice series..IMO..2nd is very nicely done in PM..
If I've to be really picky, I did not like that vertical line of bricks breaking the pattern.....I also found it little distracting...

With respect, I disagree! These look great going over the top. Gives it that airbrush painting look. And with cars you CAN go over the top.
