I've been looking at this picture with my wife (artist) and we really like it. It creates a nostalgic mood for us, well balanced, nicely framed. The whole tone of the image is great.

the ever slight crookedness kind of bothers me.

1:nice post processing looks good tonal wise
2: it does need to be ever so slightly straightened * (only my professional voice popping up- force of habit - many others wouldn't even notice )
3: it's Charlestown - ( might want to check your text added to the photo ;) )

Yes it does need to be straightened, great observation.
