Does anybody know the type of spider this is?

In my house, that would be the "I-Should-Be-On-The-Bottom-Of-Someone's-Shoe" spider...

There are 500 species of spiders in Wisconsin. Goodluck!

What are the dimensions? Body length as well as largest diameter from leg to leg. That might help. Could be a wolf spider. Definitely not a recluse - too dark on the cephalathorax.

I'm sorry to hear that DSmith. I seriously can't stand the thought of a spider. I think they look cool, and i love the webs they create, and to tell ya the truth i am not one for pointlessly harming animals, but that sucker is smeared across my garage floor right now. The spider was only about 1.25 inches long. Still looking for the type.
