My first attempt at Light Painting

I think I could realy get into this. I had fun with it. All the lights out and a flash light.

Dave, that is exquisite.
It's a beautiful composition in it's own right but I think the "painting with light" technique adds something extra.
I remember trying my hand at it a few months back http://photography-on-the.net/forum/showthread.php?t=49744 .
It doesn't come close to yours though.
I also remember having a problem trying to get the tonal balance right but you seem to have nailed it.

Mg, I used auto whitebalance and converted to tungston in PSE.

Thanks RJ, the idea of painting with light looked intriging. The idea of never knowing just what you are going to end up with. You can never get two alike. :D
