Video Instructions?

For us slow learners out there, does anyone know of professionally done video lessons on specific cameras?

I have a set of DVDs that teach photoshop and they are quite useful.

Is there such a thing for cameras that you can recommend?

Beware "Jumpstart" guides. A friend of mine bought one for his D70 and says it was less informative than the manual, and the camera work was very poor and even the editing had cut scenes short, cutting off important information about features of the camera.
