Just personal opinions here..

1) The thumbnails appear to be very small - maybe too small to see what they really are.
2) I'm not sure I like the way that the menus keep coming over the main photo. Because of the opacity, it's sometimes difficult to see the top layer if the photo doesn't have a good contrast.
3) You're fitting everything into a very small space. The good thing with flash is that it's scalable, so you should be able to fill the available browser size.
