Lens Pen safe to use on filters?

Hey all,

All of my lenses could use a good cleaning so I got a Lens Pen. Is it safe to use on a circular polarizer?

Yep. If it's safe to use on a lens, why wouldn't it be safe to use on a filter? It's a regular part of my cleaning kit.
