I posted this in another forum, sorry for the crosspost, it could possibly go either....
My LCD Screen broke at the start of my last vacation - the camera still takes pictures, but I can't preview or change options cause the screen doesn't work.
Can I replace this screen myself? I'm rather handy and wouldn't mind doing this if I can find the screen and the some case parts (the case is dinged up and I was thinking about replacing the back part). I just can't find someplace to get the parts from and would rather not pay Canon to do a repair I might be able to handle.
