Well, my ST-E2 just arrived and I discovered it doesn't come with a battery. So, any of the big boxes carry the 2CR5 battery? I have the usual suspects nearby...

Yup every camera/photo/electronics shop has these. London Drugs, Eckerds, Walgreens, etc.

Do a search on Amazon. I saw them from a bunch of manufacturers today.

Did you buy your ST-E2 new? Did it come with an English instruction manual?

Radio Shack still exists??

And yea that is a rip-off price! We get hosed here in Canada on electronics and even at a local convenience store, they're only $12.
