And I've been known to drive many miles out of the way, or take long hikes, to see one. These two were easy. First, Bridal Veil Falls is on the roadside near Valdez, Alaska. You just park right beside it. Second, un-named falls, is easily seen from a tour boat in Prince William Sound, near Valdez. Yes, I love waterfalls, but I love it even more when they are easy to reach.

Very nice. The water color in the second one is pretty surreal.

Thanks. That second waterfall is probably less than 10 miles from where the Exxon-Valdez ran aground. There is no evidence I could see that any oil spill occurred. We saw a tanker being loaded at Valdez, and they sure are big suckers.

Excellent shots - love the second one. When it stops raining I'll seek out some of my own.

Really nice shots, Stan. I like #2 where you captured the pool at the base of the falls. That's a cool picture.
