I don't like this picture. There is nothing that catches the eye or is interesting. Almost looks like a misfire of your camera. Suggestions....I'd concentrate on a subject. If you are doing the fence, take the fence in sharp focus and pick something of interest...maybe an intersection of the fence with something else...a post maybe. Also minimize the distracting background if you do that. Keep posting...don't let a critique turn you off. :D
