I suppose if you are going to be petrolhead & 'vintage' car nut in Finland you will be seeing a lot of ice & snow motoring. Looks like a lot of fun for all concerned :D

I note that #1 is a Ford Anglia, now in the UK that car was a Ford Popular or 'Pop' as they were delightfully called as per this one I found on Googleing http://i217.photobucket.com/albums/cc316/WishboneAshe/FordPopularZV8483.jpg and AFAIK all the very early ones had only 3 forward gears.

No, driver is woman... they came from Sweden to Jyväskylä...in driven.. yesterday was only -9 dec and a little wind with rain..


Interesting sport...with such old cars. But, what's the deal with the bus?

That vintage bus came also from Sweden and guys(maybe 5) were wearing old "BOLIDEN" mining clothes with helmets and headlamps. I quess that bus was workers transportation to he minings?

There was few American cars too...(over T's)
