I need some help. I'm trying to print some digital pictures processed in Photo Shop Elements 3. I want to place borders around the pictures but can not find any borders to select from. I'm specifically looking for a ragged edge border. Do such borders come with the program or do I need to download "plugins" or something else. Thanks...
