Can anyone recommend a 19 or 22" digital picture frame

I'd like to replace a picture on the wall with a large digital picture frame 19 or 22" which is more than most pcture frames go to ( normally 15" max).

I think this means I really need a TV or PC monitor rather than a picture frame, can anyone recommend a screen suitable to do this and scroll through the pictures from a memory card ( any format).

Only models I've heard of so far are panasonic TV's
