Is it only possible to post an attachment if it is 100kb or less? How is that possible? What size do I have to set my 20D to get the pic to fit onto this forum?I posted a pic and it was way to huge. It said file to large.
Newbie needs to smoke a doobie:) :) :)

In your photo editing app look for commands like resize or resample. In other words: make it smaller. Then save in JPEG. The final bytesize is combination of pixel size (X*Y) and JPEG compression ratio (which you can always choose when saving JPEG).
100KB limit is there to make it possible to offer attachments. Disk space and bandwidth gets eaten quite fast with them. I enabled attachment uploading two months ago and now we have 350MB of attachments (4,772 files) which have been viewed 615,000 times in total. And people are just learning that there is such a feature :)
