Where to add countries

Where is the country list and how do I add to it? Most of my favorites are missing (Caribbean). I would also like to delete a few that I will never visit.

Also, in the category editor there seems to be no way to remove a category, only add.

I'll add a country editor in 1.3. The category removal will come a bit later, in categories I fixed a bug from 1.3RC that made EE display all categories, even from hidden exhibitions - with 1.3 only the selected categories are used so those extra categories should not harm anyone (you can always rename the unneeded when adding new ones).
