Format Factory free download.

Has any body used Format Factory (a freeware download from cnet-www.download.com) or have any opinions about it. It's supposed to convert anything to anything. I will be converting .avi to play on a standard dvd player.

Haven't used FormatFactory. But if I want to convert something I use SUPER.
