Here's a second panorama. This one is from the bridge above Westminster Pier. This shot was stitched by Pixtra Panostitcher from three shots.

The link is just a 2000 pixel wide image. The original is intended to print at 8 inches x 24 inches, so this smaller version does not due full justice to all of the detail.

In the original, you can easily see right down into the boat, clearly read "National Theater" up by Waterloo Bridge, etc.

I love the Canon 1Ds MkII and Canon 17-40mm f/4 "L" for night cityscapes!

Enjoy!

Cheers,

Mitch

Another stunning image of our nations capital, but I am afraid that is it now, you are officially banned from London as you obviously see it as a far more beautiful place than the majority of people who live there :D

How long were you in London for?

Hahahaha! :)

We were there for a week. My SIL lives in Southwark. Bermondsey. Near London Bridge.

We went mainly to visit her, go to the theater several times, and to see opening concert of the London Philharmonic in the renovated Royal Albert.

I'm pleased you live the panorama. :)

Cheers,

Mitch
