Okay. I am just getting more aggressive with my photography business and I was wondering what you guys use for paper work and forms. Like the ones you have your clients sign to save your butt and all. I guess I'm just not sure what I should be having people sign. I think that I am confusing myself here. lol. If you understand my question, can you please help me out? Thanks a ton!

It's a book that everyone who plans on selling work should have.

Another good book is Business and Legal Forms for Photographers (with CD-ROM)It has common forms, in multiple formats, such as MS Word. You can edit them.
The book has the forms and an explaination of how each is used. Be sure to get the most updated version.
