Pro Image Gallery - anyone use it?

The local lab I do alot of my printing at is offering pro image gallery for clients to order prints through. This sound great for me as I'm familiar with the lab and the price seems right.

Does anyone have experience with it? I don't want to dump money toward it if the experience has been unsatisfactory.
