I want to have my ducks in a row before I make the call.
I've read very differing things...
- The PPA site says you just get a 20% discount
- Some people on some message boards say you just pay a $200 deductible
- The guy @ Drivesavers wasn't allowed to tell me the discount, but really hinted at it being huge. (which leads me to believe its the $200)
- Saw a girl on a message board saying PPA turned her down for the Data Recovery cuz she usually backs up???
- I'm stressed out, pissed off and tired and don't wanna accidentally say the wrong thing when I call and be denied, too.
Drivesavers quoted me $2900-$3100 and I just can't afford that.
Anyone have any first hand experience with this particular benefit?
