Here are two shots from yesterday. One is with the 100-400 at 400, ASA 800 hand held, and one is with the 100 2.8 macro plus the Kenko 2X TC and canon ring flash.

Awesome shots! I love the lighting provided by the ring flash. Might have to be my next investment, hmm...
