I am wondering is thereany simple schematic to trigger flash via sound... I want something simple so I can try tis out, and later who knows...

Can you define what you mean by "simple"? If you do a Google search on "simple sound trigger", you'll find several hits. Depending on what you mean by simple, those schematics may or may not be what you're looking for.

The simplest setup I can think of is one that uses a microphone plugged into an audio amp to drive a pair of LEDs which, in turn, triggers an optical slave connected to your external flash.
