This is an architectural looking tree. I like the background with a 'classic' looking building and a skyscraper behind it.

What is the main subject? Without your explanation hard to figure out: the tree, the old building, the skyscraper?
Start with levelling the picture so that the buildings are horizontal.

interesting shot with the contrast of the bare tree against the concrete of the city...just a few coments...the whole shot is tilted to one side, the focus is a little soft... the lamps under the tree are very distracting and out of place and the sky is overblown... and I think the shot is a little busy... just may 2 cents
