LCD Brighness

I'm new to the forum, and just bought an A-40. Can anyone tell me how to adjust the brightness of the LCD? It seems to have some noise on the screen which is not big deal, just annoying! I think if I can reduce the brighness it will go away.

You can not adjust the screen brightness on the A40. The noise that you are seeing is probably because you are viewing the lcd screen in a low light setting. This will introduce noise into the image shown, but not necessarily into the final image taken. It depends on the settings used when taking the picture!
