CF tripod from BB?

is this a relatively good deal on a decent CF tripod? i'm pretty sure the head sucks, but maybe it can be switched out later on?

Check the Slik 614CF. I think this is the best tripod in that price range. Velbon makes good products, however. Be careful about how much weight it will support. The Slik is just over 6lbs. Remember the tripod head will weigh about a pound.
