Hopper and ???

I'm guessing that this one is a Scarlet-and-green leafhopper (Graphocephala coccinea) that hasn't colored yet. Perhaps a juvenile.

And I have no clue what this one is, so I'll post it for identification purposes. Not the best shot, but I would like to know what it is. It's about the same size as the hopper.
