Anyone know how to fix the purple broblem i'm having around branches?

Try these PS Actions (attachement below). I ran the Dark Purple and Dark Blue and this is the result:

Personally, I like to just go in and brush the with the clone brush set at color only at about 60%. Takes a little time, but you have full control over the weight of the image. This branch may look too sharp to you, so you could keep the blur if you wanted. There's fringe all through the bird, too, and you just have more control.

Thanks guys. That CA method in PSP9 seems to have a lot of flexibility. I think i'll give that a shot for a few photos.

You might want to zoom the view quite a bit when using the CA tool and you're selecting your patch of purple. There aren't a lot of purple pixels around the twig coming from the branch where the bird is perched. I missed the first time, and half the picture turned grey :shock:
