Just wanted to see what you guys thought about this ring shot. A little torn about where to place the text or if the text and text background has good placement. Well, C&C is welcome and let me know what you think about the PP and design. I may be using it as a front cover for a coffee table album, but still contemplating....

This shot was actually at an engagement shoot. I guess it would be nice to have both rings. The coffee table book I am buidling will probably be mostly of engagement couples (don't worry I am not using the text embedded in the picture just doing some testing).

The highlights on the tips of the flowers really distract me. Do you have a color version?

I like it. You've captured nice detail in the ring. I would like to see the colour shot as well.

hate to be negative, but my first thought was that the ring was photoshopped into the image... doesn't quite look real

That's what I thought too. Only the ring is sharp and in focus when you would expect DOF to have some of the leaves in sharp focus too. It kind of looks like it is floating there.

I actually like it. Had a nice depth to it.

No negativity felt here. Open to interpretation. I hate chocolate flavored skittles, but someone out there loves them.
