They are all technically excellent. Compositionally, you might try the shots a little less centered, just to add some interest.

I like the first shot, but if I had my druthers, I'd lighten up the shadow side of the tower and bring out some of the detail. I'd like to see the older lettering a little better...it sometimes gives a sense of the history of the building.
