Supamsp, that is what HDR is supposed to look like. Excellent work! And you made our country's landmarks look incredible!

Wow, the second picture is stunning! I would frame that!
Could you elaborate on the process you took to achieve this picture?

Those are fantastic. NO way to pick a favorite among them; all three would be hanging on my wall. Print-frame-hang, for sure.

I take 3-5 exposures usually and tonemap in dynamic photo hdr by mediachance. I've just never felt right with photomatix, I uesd it for a while but mediachance was a breath of fresh air.
I also do a little tweaking in lightoom.
Hdr is a delicate process you have to feel around until you get the finished product that you want. I think it took me a few months until I started seeing results that I liked. Definately an acquirred taste

I think the shots are terrific, but I have to say that Sunrise looks a bit overdone ,at least to me.It almost looks as If the sky were literally on fire.If it was me I would have cut back on the colors just a bit.
I'm sure I'll be the only one that thinks that way,but as they say is just my humble opinion.
Hey its 100 times better than anything I could do,but I'm at it trying to learn.I also am very impressed with Dynamic Photo.I have tried Photomatix too,but Dynamic Photo gives me much more control.

Actually i think that is exactly why I love that sunset picture the most, because it looks like both the sky and the beach are on fire, totally blew me away! Good JOB !!!
