Does anyone have any experience with this type of ball head ?

The idea seems good but I wonder how it performs in practice....eg hot or cold weather.
I've tried in vain to find a review. :(

Any info appreciated.

Sorry, Skip, I could only find reference to the older 468 rather than the 468MG.
The important difference being the hydraulic locking of the 468MG as opposed to the mechanical locking of the 468.

I'll have another look in case I missed it.
