I was lucky enough to score this bad boy for the weekend.

what lens were you using?

And sorry, but the pics just don't do it for me. The shallow DOF shows too little, and it's just overkill...all the detail shots make me want to scream "SHOW ME THE FREAKING BIKE"

No worries. I'm working on a urban shot of it tonight. Unfortunatly my nights this week have been full on and I haven't been able to get the shot I've been wanting of the WHOLE bike. While I've been home it's been all the fine detail shots because backgrounds of suburbia doesn't do this bike justice.

The lens is a Sigma 24-70 2.8 EX DG Macro.

Thanks Bert.

I love shooting the bikes I get to take home.
I'm a bit dissapointed with getting out tonight. The wind is gusting and really throwing some vibration into the shots. I'll have to see if I can book the bike for next week.

Yeah! The wind is gusting and really throwing some vibration into the shots. Here, it usually calms down around sunset, which is when I like to shoot. Better do it soon before LowriderS10 has a hemorrhage!

Here's a shot from the workshop from this morning.
The light is seldom right for shooting but it looked great when I walked in today.

Padrino: hahaha...jerk ;)

justAL: nice pic...at first I found the black bike in the background distracting...but, the more I looked at the picture (and the fact that it's the same bike)...the more I realized it looks great with it in the background...

Oh, boy, I like that brunette as much as the redhead. Really cool shots! Love the bikes...
You work there? Lucky man! Congrats!

I like #1 and #2

Hopefully next year either I get one of these or the street triple.

SHOW ME THE FREAKING WORKSHOP! You've got to give him credit. He gets right down to the important stuff! ;)

I was disappointed by the first shots, its not that they are bad, they are great for what they are but I couldn't wait to see the entire thing. The workshop photo made me smile. :P

I'm loving the last pic, I'd really love to see that in all white.

Mmmm, only if you work at the factory. If you're an employee you can order a bike in any colour you want.

Oh it'd be worth having it painted. I'm a sucker for an all white bike.

Nice shots but the reds look a little pink in a few on my screen.

The 675 is a fantastic bike I've had mine for nearly three years now still love it to bits, good to see you've shown the best colour as well... Tornado Red...

ARGGGGHHHH what an awesome bike! Aww the sound. Is it much different from the previous years?

Ive only been riding for 4 months, and still am on restrictions but I think the triples have already won me....

Lovely! It's a new engine, suspension and brakes. Asthetically there hasn't been much of a change except to the cockpit, headlights etc. It's a bloody awesome ride that rewards fast/illegal and track riding.

I really think the Street Triple R is a better road bike, much better. This little creature (Daytona) will chew you up and spit you out in traffic. You'll look damned good though becoming a cripple.
