I finally got around to taking a photo of my Vespa (and me.) I was in Petaluma California, just north of San Francisco. The Vespa is a 1974 150 Super with 4,000 original miles. I love it but don't have a chance to ride much.

Cool scoot. Maybe crop it closer/to the right.

To me, "Vespa" means Italian girls with their skirts hiked up, so you're a disappointment? ;)

If I remember correctly, you have the Motovespa, which is the Argentinian-built Vespa, and the Siambretta, which is the Lambretta. I have always wanted to visit.

Yeah, I found out after I posted that the Motovespa was made in Spain but the Siambretta was made in Argentina. I like 'em all.

PS: Check out the VERY cool photos of an old scooter rally in Argentina that is up for auction on ebay. I wish I had some extra $$$ http://cgi.ebay.com/ESCUDERIA-CLUB-SIAMBRETTA-Argentine-rally-photos_W0QQitemZ120303310579QQcmdZViewItemQQptZLH_ DefaultDomain_0
