I do like the first shot - it's not too obviously an IR shot, if that makes sense. I always though the Hoya only worked on certain cameras and the Rebel was not one of them. I was clearly wrong - I have a hoya filter and a rebel so I shall have to try. How did you get exposure (2 secs), trial and error?

Thanks, yes I did use trial and error on a few prior shots so then I just guesstimated and did a slight adjustment in lightroom.
