Lots O Motorsports at Willow Springs

Tons of stuff to shoot at Willow Springs today. Superbikes on the big track, Supermoto on Horse Thief Mile and Drifting on the drift course. They even had karts on the kart track but I didn't get any photos of them.

Nice shots, I love the sense of speed - first one is my fave. Also I like the "watercolour" effect heat has on background in the third on fourth pic.

Thanks! I'm not sure that effect is from the heat though, I think that happend when I ran them through a noise reduction filter. I thought it kinda looked cool too so I didn't worry about it. In the RAW files the blur is smoother.

The first one is cracking shot. Nice panning yet still very sharp. Colours in first
are tad over saturated for my taste especially green

Thanks for the CC Semmonka, I might have set the saturation a bit high when I did the raw conversion, looks OK to me but I like things a little over the top :)

Great stuff. I haven't shot at Willow Springs in a while. I used to work off and on for the track photographer up there for a few years now.
