Is it just me?? I see alot of guys like to talk on the walkie talkie like they are kissing the dame thing, I think it would sound like its really windy at the other end. Maybe they think its funny to make the other dude decipher what they're talking about.

Ahha.. Its funny how his uniform grabs everyones attention. But its really easy to see that he is the ONLY guard watching the whole Union Square. AHhaaaahahaa.. Counter productive IMO.
