Question, how does one go about posting pictures for or on this site?

Would like to get feed back on my shots.

Thanks

You've got to have the photos on a web server like pbase or webshots or something first.

Just post my next question about posting image in this website when I found someone else posting it also. However I can't get www.pbase.com to display my pic to be something like www.pbase.com/xxx/yyy.jpg. It always posting it as its gallery number www.pbase.com/xxx/647891.

I believe this won't be okay, right?

Oops, you can actually append a .jpg extension to your picture, only IF you had paid for the service. Below is copied from pbase's help page.

Direct linking to an image for use on another website, forums, or message board
Due to bandwidth costs, this requires you to have paid for the pbase service.
This works just like linking to an image page but append .jpg to the end of the URL.

Can webshots do this without a fee? Kinda broke this time.

Hmmm, I'm sure theres a better solution somewhere!

I wonder if Geocities will work. I'll have a look and post the results. I would love to hear comments from other users on my shots but I'm no pro so I don't think it's worth the bucks yet!

Thanks anyway all

you can link for free from www.imagestation.com but I would imagine that some time near in the future they won't do it for free anymore....
