Was looking at this bag to replace my Lowepro Compurover backpack. Anyone have any pics of the bag loaded up? Thanks.

I have. Used mine on 3 photo shoots as a "bring gear to location and set it down" kind of bag.
Love mine. There's a review of it here on POTN too.
I'd be willing to answer any queries you have, and highly recommend it.
Cheers,
Zexun

One quick question: Does it come with any type of straps to hold long lenses in place? (see pic)
The bag seems really deep (6-7") and I'd like to keep a EF 70-200 f4 & EF 100-400 on its side in the bag (but the 70-200 is only about 3.5" high on its side).
If no straps, I assume it comes with plenty of dividers so that I could attach one horizontally and make a "pocket" for the 70-200 to slide into.

it doesn't come with straps, but there are plenty of dividers. You can mount one divider horizontally above the long lens (mine is a 70-200 2.8IS with hood in place) so that the setup doesn't tilt and drop outside the camera bag when the bag is upright.
