Went out on the Easter night. Had my camera with me, but unfortunately no tripod :(

Well, this is the result, anyway. The Moon is reflecting from a wet ice on the sea. Below the Moon is a condense stripe formed by a passing airplane and just above the Moon Jupiter is visible.

It was a beautiful, crisp and clear night. I was really sorry not having the tripod...

Beautiful picture! Very eerie effect.
From all the ice, I guess winter hasn't lost it's grip where you live.

No, the winter is still here. But the spring is slowly arriving, the birds begin to sing and quite a bit of the snow has melted away already. Still about one month until the boating season starts.. ;)

in a situation like that, I can understand your troubles.
It is usually times like that in which I go hunting for anything to pearch the camera on.

Great shot. thanks for explaining everything also, as I would have never known.

Great shot, especially without a tripod!
