Have a question,
when you're done shooting a wedding/e-session, etc, and you upload all your pics, do you discard ones you know suck or do you show the customer all of them and they pick them? Also, do you first PP all of them and then have the couple pick which ones they want for themselves/wedding album?
Personally I would not want to show the couple pics that aren't retouched, but I'm not sure if it would save time having them pick which ones and just PP those, or the other way around? Any good info from past experiences would be great,

Thanks!

See my wedding workflow (http://photography-on-the.net/forum/showthread.php?p=2925618), but to answer your questions:
1. I keep all images except OOF ones until after the album is delivered, just in case. Sometimes my cull chooses a slightly OOF image so I want the ones that are duplicates to stick around just in case. Customers see only what I want them to see - this is a service that saves them time.
2. I predesign wedding albums, but let couples change anything they want. All images get basic PP before anyone sees them - brightness, color, contrast.
3. Engagement and portraits don't go online, but weddings do - self hosted by software called photographers shopping cart.
