Had a break in the weather yesterday and I managed to get out to shoot some windsurfers. These guys were flying! I was using my 20D with a Promaster 70-300 zoom. ISO 400 F8/640. Program mode. Parameter set 1 with USM in PS. UV filter and hood. Tips or suggestions for this newbie?

Nice composition.
I'll have to go out there soon to try a few shots myself. :-)
