View Full Version : Solution Disk; CameraWindow will not open.

Hey guys.
I've had this camera for two months now, and have not been able to use my Canon software. I've Installed/uninstalled this disk a few times over and it will not let me open my CameraWindow.
Now I can't get anything to open.

Suggestions? I'm really annoyed..

What camera? Have you tried Canon support for help?

Many of the PowerShots don't support remote shooting, so Camera Window will be greyed out.

To clarify ... CameraWindow is the utility to "Acquire Images" from your camera's memory card.

RemoteCapture is the utility for remoting shooting.

Unfortunately, I have no suggestions to help make CameraWindow or ZoomBrowswer work. Have had two Canon cameras and two different Solution Disks and everything has worked flawlessly. The newer software also works with my older camera.
