I don't like the orange sky - just doen't go with the rest of the photo. Your granddaughter looks perfect. Try placing her in front of trees or something else.

actually, looking at it... it looks like she was just cut/pasted onto that background.... was she?

Yes I did alter the background. I was experimenting with Adobe PhotoDeluxe.

You need to feather the edges slightly when you layer photos like that. The join is way too obvious otherwise. What was wrong with the original background?
