I just noticed a post on LinkedIn asking about this software again, then I did a quick search, found no updates at all.

Is anyone actually using it?

it was just posted on the 18th, i don't think it's been released yet. kinda like the 7D posted a month before launch... i think its gonna go the same way. actually looks kinda cool, it sounds like it will archive your pictures for individual clients and manage their purchases and history etc all within one software program, linking to LR and PS for edits seamlessly. if its under $200-300 i might try i out.

Inc., a leader in digital imaging technology, today announced a new and exciting software product, Studio Solution software for professional photographic studio owners. Utilizing Canon's core imaging and printing technologies, new Studio Solution software, features a fully automatic workflow to simplify studio operations while maintaining the highest degree of image quality. Through electronic input and filing, Studio Solution software will help consolidate scheduling, contracting, invoicing, image capture, ordering, minor retouching and printing into a single program.

This is probably being BETA-tested by the CPN togs as we speak. Canon have already published the Link to the website where the latest version uodates can be downloaded. So, everything is in place prior to actual release:

Has anyone tried the software yet? We are seriously considering it in a Mobile Networked environment with tethered photography and instant sales options. Any experience with this or recommended alternatives would be appreciated. Thanks!
