Hi To All,

Tried my hand at smoke photography the other day, heres two that I processed. Thank you for viewing and feel free to leave any feedback.

nice shots, I like the borders you made. it is fun just to see what u end up with, I like to make something out of them. like the second one looks like 2 mermaids laying on their side.

Thanks for the comments guys.

@ lbcyalater - Never actually thought of them as mermaids, good call. I saw two exotic dancers my self.

@ BrianEP - I used my 430 EX II which I placed behind the smoke on the floor and to the left, shooting up (if that makes any sense). The incense stick was placed on a table about 3ft high from the floor and I had a black backdrop about 3 and a half feet away from the smoke. Only problem with this was trying to avoid the glare of the flash in the lens.

Love the second one..Looks like opening credits for a James bond movie..Good job on creating two redheads! ;)
