I agree with the eyes, they're beautiful. But bad focus? I dont see any bad focus, maybe its your computer.

Pretty soon he will have his license and off to college/university. Enjoy it while it lasts.

its not a soft focus. the focus is in the wrong spot. look at his shoulder and the snap there, that is where the focus landed. his eyes and face are out of focus. he is a cute kid, just fuzzy. lol..
